Registration 2020

Registration dates and details for the 2020 season have been announced.

For Existing members, registration dates as follows:-

Sunday 22 December 2019, and  6,7,8 and 9 January 2020.

For New members, first registration opportunity is on Sunday 12 January.

All registrations will take place at Klazinga Park. Times will be confirmed.

Registration dates/times subsequent to above will be communicated, typically on certain evenings during the week.

Membership Fees

Fees for the upcoming season will remain unchanged at R1500 per player.

For Juniors, and players from same family, it is R1500 for the first child, thereafter, R750 per child. Furthermore,  Juniors who do not have their playing jersey that was issued last season, or, need to purchase a new jersey, will need to pay an additional R250.

For Coaches, it is R750 per child (also note Coaches need to register but do not pay subscription fees).

Registration Process

On Registration we ideally require the full subscription fees up front, as per above.  Fees can be paid in Cash, EFT (Banking Details in FAQ), or Debit/Credit Card.

Should you choose not to pay up front, a minimum deposit of R500 is required per player, the balance over a maximum 4 month period.  In this case a Debit Order Form needs to be completed as part of the registration process.

For new players, 2 x Passport type colour photos and Certified copies of ID or Birth certificates are also required.

Footnote

Durbanville FC encourages football participation and will always endeavour not to refuse membership due to financial difficulties. Members who want to be considered for membership sponsorship can motivate their case to the Registration Officer. Documentary proof may be required. The Executive Committee will consider all applications which may result in reduced or free membership.

We do reserve the right to decline membership applications.
